Highlight review: LCM

The early start to the Men's season began with Bright and warm reception eagerly waiting for the TOPMAN Design. Emitting 70's references throughout from the clothing to the hairstyles and visuals. Models with shaggy hair and centre partings tread the catwalk in patchwork tri-tone furs, denim biker jackets and denim boiler suits. with lengthy coats and exaggerated outerwear, the oversized shaggy shearling coat were a standout piece of the collection and started the unveiling of a returning trend in coat.

This week continued in the same direction, as we took a trip into the history books to the 70's-90's. Apart from the outstanding show from Topman, who set the ball rolling, designers such as Christopher Shannon produced a stand-out collection that was thought-provoking as well as aesthetically pleasing for the new wave  of instagram-bred stylists and fashionistas. Craig Green, captivated his audience with an emotionally conscious show as he sought beauty under the initial view and  Jeremy Scott’s Moschino London show that blurred the seasons as models were outrageously under-dressed for the Arctic but relatively too overdressed for the beach.  to end the highly successful week, we were treated with a glitter storm at Christopher Bailey’s Burberry finale as they eased us into the end of the tiring week with impeccable designs and styling. Whilst all this was going on, the london market was also subject  to an acclaimed collection from the newly-returned coveted debut designs of Maison Margeila's John Galliano. In artisan style, we saw what the old school designer produce an array of couture which will also be shown again at PFW SS15.

Below is a selection of pictures I've found that'd really captured the week:
